Project Manager
As a Project Manager at Connance, you will be responsible for configuring our vendor management product for our hospital customers. The ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented, able to manage concurrent projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has outstanding communication skills. Serving as the primary business analyst during the project, you will understand the customer's business requirements so that you can lead the implementation team, consisting of technical analysts, an account executive and senior leadership. Finally, you will develop and manage the project plan and associated schedules, maintain status and design documents and deliver the solution to the customer on time and on budget.
Software Engineers
Lead designs for and implement new components while helping to evolve our .NET application platform to meet the needs of a new, evolving market opportunity. We are looking for people who are excited to contribute to our culture, processes and behaviors for building great software. Skills: C#, C++, SQL and .NET.
QA EngineersWe are looking for people who take pride in thinking through software designs, test strategies and test cases to ensure that released software is user-friendly, bug-free and solves the intended business objectives. Attention to detail is critical. Prior experience with web applications and databases is required.
Technical Support EngineersBe part of our front line support team working with customers to troubleshoot technical issues. You will also work with our IT staff to administer systems and with our developers to test and certify our products before they are released. Attention to detail is critical and excellent troubleshooting skills are required.
Technical Data ConsultantWe are looking for experienced software professionals with strong SQL Server, data warehousing and ETL skills. It is important that one enjoys working with large, complex data sets, and understanding how business operations effect data flows. In this role you will help to establish a solid foundation for our client interface and data translation efforts.
Project Management / Business AnalystWe are looking for individuals to lead our SaaS implementation efforts. Individuals should have strong attention to detail and organization skills and relish the challenges of defining requirements in a complex healthcare business office context. Candidates must possess the ability to “dig-in” and analyze the individual business processes and data flows of our hospital clients.
Client Fulfillment
Join Connance’s team responsible for working with current and prospective Connance clients to realize maximum value from Connance’s solutions. Openings include both Account Executive positions and Client Service Representatives. Prior experience in client service activities for healthcare IT, healthcare consulting companies or revenue cycle services preferred. All roles are based in Boston area with some travel requirements.
Product Management
Join Connance’s team responsible for identifying new product opportunities and working with existing Connance clients to unlock maximum value. Prior operational experience in consumer collection efforts in healthcare setting or more conventional consumer debt required. The current openings are based in the Boston area.
